You can pay by e-transfer, credit card, or Cash

You can pay by credit card through our online booking system: JaneApp.
To do this, press the button below and it will take you to the login page for

On the top margin of LoveAlive's JaneApp booking page, you will see the words: "Sign in or Sign up".
Follow that link to where you can sign in and make appointments, payments, and more.
Once you've signed in, you can see your options on the left hand side of the page
where it says: "My Account".
Insurance
Our services are covered through Sun Life, ClaimSecure, Equitable Life of Canada,
Green Shield Canada, Manulife and Pacific Blue Cross.
In addition, many employers offer coverage through benefits packages that may partially or fully cover
the cost of your sessions.
Please check your individual coverage plan to see to what extent
you are covered.
48 hour cancellation notice for Counselling sessions is required or fees will apply. Thank you for your consideration.
More Payment Possibilities
Sliding Scale or reduced rates are available for low-income earners for
Individual & Couples therapy.
