
A 10 week, one-on-one counselling journey that blends the science of anxiety treatment
with a soul-centered, transpersonal perspective.
You’ll learn to:
Calm your body through gentle, body-based practices
Work with your mind instead of against it
Understand anxiety as a doorway to emotional truth
Rewrite the unconscious beliefs that keep you small
Connect with an inner source of stability that holds, even in the unknown
We meet once a week. One theme, one practice, one layer at a time.
Always at your pace. Always in service of your deeper unfolding.
Polyvagal theory (state awareness & nervous system regulation)
Mindfulness based CBT (thought observation & belief reprogramming)
AEDP & the Change Triangle (emotion-focused, transformational therapy)
Somatic therapy (body-based tools like breath, grounding, and relaxation)
Internal Family Systems (IFS) (Befriend anxious parts and lead from your deeper,
connected Self.)
Transpersonal psychology (meaning, soul, wholeness, and connection
to something greater)

One 60 minute counselling session per week (in-person or online)

Counselling is a space to slow down, be met with compassion, and gently explore what’s been weighing on you.
Together, we’ll make sense of the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to anxiety - and begin to uncover the parts of you that are wise, strong, and ready for change.
This work is experiential and embodied.
It’s not just about managing symptoms, but creating real, lasting shifts from the inside out.
