In today's fast-paced world, the journey to recovery is often fraught with challenges. Many individuals find themselves stuck in a cycle of dependency, co-dependency, anxiety, (anxiety binding behaviours and emotional turbulence. If you're someone who has been on the recovery path for 5 or more years and are seeking a holistic and comprehensive approach to recovery, the Mastering Excellence in Recovery (MEIR) course is designed just for you.
What is Mastering Excellence in Recovery?
Mastering Excellence in Recovery is a groundbreaking program that transcends traditional recovery methods. It integrates the wisdom of ancient practices with modern therapeutic techniques to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach to well-being. This course is not just about abstinence; it’s about achieving emotional fluency, mental clarity, physical vitality, and spiritual awakening.
What Does the Word "Recovery" Even Mean?
Recovery is a multifaceted process that goes beyond overcoming addiction or mental health challenges; it is about restoring individuals to their authentic, innocent selves, filled with childlike curiosity and wonder. It involves healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, empowering individuals to regain control, build resilience, and create meaningful lives. By embracing a perspective free of judgment and open to the mysteries of life, recovery helps individuals reconnect with their true essence, fostering hope, self-discovery, and a sense of purpose.
If the idea of anxiety binding behaviors get you thinking about things you do to bring down your anxiety, you may want to have a look at this offer.
Bill W the founder of AA Says in the Big Book: "Though an alcoholic does not respond, there is no reason why you should neglect his family. You should try to understand and encourage them. Try to see where you can be helpful. You may need outside help if the family is to fully recover."
I looked at the low recovery rates in the traditional recovery models. I saw how many people are dying out there. (I've personally buried 100s of people whio just couldn't grasp the spiritual aspects). I began looking at alternatives, I found them and assembled them into this program. I facilitated a type of recovery program where 13-20 participants each would go into a 6 month ceremony I facilitated, all participants, realized a 100% recovery each year for 6 years of running those circles. I knew I was on to something. Bringing in the sacred, (wichoni) was key. I gathered more and more wisdom from ancient teachings, modern day neuroscience, and cutting edge research and technology to deliver this here today.

What People Are Saying:
Testimonial from Glenn C.
"I recently completed a recovery program facilitated by Vince, which was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Out of 20 participants, only 13 made it through the entire 6-month program. The environment Vince created was deeply ceremonial and intense, making it a true spiritual warrior experience. Some people just weren't ready for the depth of the work.
In Vince's group, nothing stayed hidden. He always said, "We're only as sick as our secrets," and he meant it. In one particularly intense session, one participant opened up about his darkest secrets, and it set off a chain reaction. One by one, each of us purged the shame that had been festering in our bodies and minds. That one session was incredibly tough, but after that, everything felt easier.
Vince's unique approach is nothing short of magical. He has a special way of helping people dive deep, even into their ancestry. The work we did not only healed us but also touched 7 generations ahead and 7 generations back, effectively healing 14 or more generations.
I've been in recovery for a long time and have never encountered anything like what Vince offers. It's truly next level. I highly recommend anyone in recovery to try anything Vince is offering. His programs are transformative and deeply healing."
Testimonial from Strong Horse:
"The sun starts over the mountain. I am so blessed to wake up and go through my morning ritual. At the time when I was in that dark space of my life where I lived with much anger, hate, and running in a circle, I lived with memories of being abused. I had no direction or doors to stop and get out, just living in my past of sexual abuse. With Wellbriety, my life started to change. I love AA and NA. I tried to open up to my sponsor, but I did not feel that trust. NA saved me, and I held my hands up to the program that gave me gifts to start my journey.
After the meeting, Vince introduced me to Wellbriety at a time when I needed it. I believe it was Thursdays we gathered at Culture Saves Lives. As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the nice smell of sage and the big drum in the middle of the circle of chairs. I had no idea of culture or ceremony, but I truly knew and felt at peace and I was in the right place. Vince, thank you. I never did get to say this: after going through drumming and singing, we all had a chance to share, and when it came to me, I shared my sexual abuse very easily, with no shame and no anger. I opened up, sharing my abuse, and at that time, our ancestors were making plans for me.
Being a part of Vince's weekly 3-hour, 6-month deep dive ceremonial version of the steps was truly life-changing. Vince had this way of getting everyone to open up about their deepest fears and traumas early in the group. His ability to lead by example was exceptional. He taught us about ancestral trauma and how it is not our responsibility to carry it; Our only responsibility is to heal from it. When this finally clicked for us, it was like the weight of the world had been lifted off our shoulders.
There was no shame in Vince's group. We had 13 men who completed his recovery program, and I believe it was the deep level of spiritual connection we all had that made it so effective. Everyone in that group stayed clean. Vince is not only a phenomenal psychotherapist, but his skills in meditation are unparalleled. He shared stories of one of his teachers who achieved a 100% recovery rate with his participants, a feat almost unheard of in the realms of addiction and alcoholism.
I highly recommend Vince, especially now as he is an author. I have yet to read his latest book, Mastering Excellence in Recovery: For People with 5 or More Years Sober, but I am eager to get my hands on it. I'm clean and sober today, and just being around Vince's gregarious laugh would make it worth it."

"Before joining Vince's recovery group program, I felt lost and disconnected. Vince's holistic approach not only helped me stay sober but also restored my sense of curiosity and wonder about life. I found my authentic self again, free from judgment and full of childlike awe. This program was truly transformative, helping me see the world through fresh eyes. I am forever grateful for the growth and healing I experienced."
